Hi fellow Wavers you may have noticed i have started rowing again i have been out of action for over a year with Plantear fascitis in the heel excuse the spelling if my back holds out i will carry on rowing and add some meters to the tally  All the best for xmas and new year to all       Rab

Hi Clubmates i had a sore throat and cough all week [no rowing] i had to run a track 10k on sunday although i did not feel like it i finished 1st 0/65 in 43.45 so i made the international team for the [cross country] im hoping to start rowing on wednesday night after ive seen the doctor  so keep rowing everyone and a warm welcome to the lad from stirling gateway to the highlands i was born in perth so that makes me a highlander
